1. Purchase raw materials. Including Fabrics, washing labels, packaging materials.When the fabric enters the warehouse, our workers using the fabric inspection machine to inspect the fabric, checking its color to ensure there is no color difference, and check the quality of the fabric to eliminate the defective fabric and verifying the design and size of labels and packaging.
2.Cutting and sewing. We use professional automated cutting machines, and professional workers adjust and place the fabric pieces in order.
3.First inspection. The first inspection is carried out by professional QC and QA,they cut off excess thread ends and check for any loose threads or stains, all products will be inspected, the second-class products are excluded.
4.Packaging. Skilled worker irons to remove wrinkles, then packaging according to customer requirements. Labeling the product code information on the unit packaging. After the final packaging, labeling the box with a shipping mark on the carton and arrange on pallet.
5. Second inspection. Conduct sampling inspection and final inspection before shipment.
